For independent home & gift shops

Product listings that are finally finished.

ShelfScribe turns messy supplier info into clean, consistent, ready-to-import product listings, following your store's rules every time. Missing details get flagged, never guessed.

10 listings · about 5 business days · one revision round · AI-assisted, human-reviewed

The problem

Weak or incomplete listings quietly cost sales.

Shoppers can't pick up your product. The listing has to answer their questions, and each platform wants things a little differently.

Supplier info is messy

Vendor codes, all-caps notes, and pasted spec sheets rarely line up. Copying them into a listing takes time, and details slip through.

Gaps and errors raise doubts

Missing sizes, unit mix-ups, or unclear materials and care details leave shoppers guessing, and guessing often means they leave.

Consistency is hard to keep

One title format, one tone, the same specs in the same order on every product. It slips as new arrivals pile up, and every platform has its own rules.

How it works

Four simple steps. You stay in control.

  1. Send your products

Upload a product export or your supplier sheets, and tell us your house style in a short form: title format, tone, and the specs you always show.

  2. We draft and check

AI does the first draft under your rules. Then every listing is reviewed by hand against your source info.

  3. You review

You get your import file, a list of anything missing for you to confirm, and one round of revisions.

  4. Import and publish

Upload the file to Shopify or WooCommerce, or paste from the doc. You decide what goes live, and when.

The pilot

What you get in the pilot

A small, low-risk way to judge the fit on 10 of your own products before committing to more.

  • 10 finished listings from your catalog: titles, descriptions, specs, tags, plus SEO title and meta description
  • Messy supplier info, sorted out. Codes, all-caps notes, and spec sheets become clear copy your customers can read
  • Missing details flagged. Dimensions, materials, care, and variants. If it isn't in your source, we tell you instead of making it up
  • Your store rules, set up once. We save them, so later batches and new arrivals match automatically
  • Ready for your platform. A Shopify or WooCommerce import file, or a paste-ready doc for Etsy and others, plus a short summary of every change
  • One revision round to adjust tone or details

Flagged For you to confirm (not published)

  • The supplier lists both "stoneware" and "dolomite." Please confirm which is correct before we name the material.
  • No weight was provided.
  • "Case pack 4" and "FOB" are wholesale terms, so we removed them from the customer copy.
  • Vendor code HD48213 moved from the title to the SKU field.
FAQ

Common questions

How fast is it?

Pilots take about 5 business days after we have your product info. A 50-listing batch takes about 10 business days. We'll confirm timing when you order.

Is this written by AI?

AI writes the first draft, and every listing is checked by hand against your source info before you see it. Your store rules guide both steps.

What do I need to send?

A product export (CSV) from your store, or your supplier sheets and links, plus a short style form: title format, tone, and the specs you always want shown. Photos help but aren't required. Messy is fine. Organizing it is part of the job.

Which platforms do you support?

Shopify and WooCommerce import files, plus a paste-ready doc for Etsy, Amazon, Square, or any other platform.

What if my supplier info is missing details?

We never guess at materials, sizes, or safety claims. Anything missing goes on a short list for you to confirm, so nothing inaccurate goes live.

Do you need access to my store?

No. We work from files you send and hand back files you import. You never share a login, and you publish the listings yourself, so nothing goes live without your OK.

What if I don't love the drafts?

Every order includes one round of revisions. The pilot exists so you can judge the fit on 10 real products before committing to more.

Who owns the copy?

You do. Once you've paid, the listings are yours to use, edit, and publish anywhere.

Where are you based?

ShelfScribe is a small independent studio based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, and works with retailers online.

Ten listings. One week. A clear look at what your whole catalog could be.
